I have just setup this site, but I've included some useful information for people who have been asking me for it.  I have spent over 28 years as a martial artist and have been working out for the same number of years.  I hold a black belt in Kenpo Karate and a 3rd degree black belt in West Coast Tae Kwon Do - I have also competed for several years in full-contact kickboxing. 

Over the past six years, I began studying a greater mix of physical activities along with proper dieting.  I have experimented with much of this and as a result I have been able to regain control of my fitness.

I believe in healthy natural fitness and consider a diet as what we eat and not a process of time during which we don't eat much or the things we like.  A diet is simply what we eat; we all have a diet.  The difference is between a healthy or an unhealthy diet.

Working out and being active is not a process to lose weight only to regain it again later.  The combination of a healthy diet and physical activity is an essential part of a healthy
life style.

With what I have learned, I have been able to transform my body from an aging one where over time I was gaining a couple of pounds per year to one that is fitter now than it has ever been.  Over the past six years, I have dropped my body fat from the high of 24% down to about 7% and have been able to gain substantial muscle and strength.
